As part of our menu, Desert Dugs Pizza offers a large selection of options without meat or dairy products for vegans, vegetarians, and health conscious folk.

These healthy, vegan alternatives are low-fat with no cholesterol, and taste absolutely amazing! All of the ingredients used in our vegan options are casein-free and 100% vegan. Also, our staff is "vegan conscious" (we even have a few vegan employees) -- we use separate knives, slicers, and pizza cutters to prepare our vegan meals! At Desert Dugs Pizza, we take pride in the fact that we can offer several completely vegan meal choices in a largely meat-dominated area. If you're ever traveling through the southwestern part of Arizona, be sure to stop in and get one (or all) of our delicious vegan options! We're just about smack dab in the middle between Phoenix and San Diego off of Interstate 8 in the town of Wellton, AZ. Come and see us folks!

	Desert Dugs Pizza is the only restaraunt in Southwestern Arizona that offers vegan pizzas made with healthy toppings like soy cheese (vegan with no casein), soy pepperoni, and soy Italian sausage. Ask for the "City Slicker" for a vegan pizza loaded with all of these toppings plus green peppers, fresh mushrooms, black olives, and onions. We also offer a Vegetarian pizza that can be made with soy cheese, and all of our pizzas can be customized.
	Order a "Cactus Hugger" and we'll make you an oven toasted sourdough sandwich with melted soy cheese, pizza sauce, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and black olives. Feel free to add soy pepperoni, soy Italian sausage, or any vegetable you like. You'll get potato chips on the side, or you can get a trip to our salad bar instead.
	Ask for "Poncho's Nachos" to be made vegan, and you'll get delicious tortilla chips topped with melted soy cheese, soy taco crumbles, chives, vegan sour cream, olives, tomatoes, and salsa. You can also add vegetarian refried beans, jalepeño, or guacamole. Your mouth is watering isn't it?
	Our "Doodads" are oven-baked breadsticks that are always made vegan. They're available as plain (with or without margarine), garlic, or cinnamon. Served with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.
	Assorted cookies and other goodies are available at the counter. All of them are provided by Little Weedle Bakery - an entirely vegan bakery that makes the tastiest treats you've ever gobbled up.
We also offer a great salad bar with Italian dressing or oil and vinegar, and vegan parmesan cheese is available apon request. At every table is a bottle of Agave Nectar which tastes great on pizza crusts and breadsticks!
